  • High-Pressure Grease Injection & Precision Plunger Seals: Built with a precision-ground hardened plunger rod paired with a heavy-duty high-pressure seal pack. Accommodates grease injection pressures up to 30–50 MPa to extend the front idler forward, keeping track sagging strictly within operational limits. 
  • Heavy-Duty Recoil Spring Assembly Integration: Integrated with a heavy-duty high-tensile recoil spring. Absorbs high-energy shock loads when the excavator encounters boulders or rough terrain, protecting the front idler, track chains, and final drive gearboxes from structural impact damage. 
  • Heavy-Wall Cast Steel Housing & Safety Relief Valve: Constructed from thick-walled alloy cast steel designed for extreme soil corrosion and mud resistance. Features a factory-calibrated safety relief valve for controlled, safe release of high-pressure grease during track maintenance.
