  • 317.5 mm Large Pitch & Positive Pin Retention / PPR System:  Engineered with a massive 317.5 mm (12.5 in) track pitch featuring CAT’s Positive Pin Retention (PPR) system. Mechanically locks the pin to the link bore to prevent end-play generation and pin-joint movement under severe mining impact, preserving internal oil/grease seal integrity. 
  • Deep-Hardened Boron Steel Forging & Reinforced Rail Surface: Forged from proprietary high-hardenability boron steel (Spec 1E1201) and subjected to deep induction heat treatment. Provides an ultra-deep hardness layer on the wearing rail surface while retaining core toughness, effectively resisting high-stress abrasive wear and spalling under rocky mining terrains. 
  • Heavy-Duty Eyebrow Thickness & High-Torque Shoe Bolt Strut: Features a reinforced eyebrow section thickness (0.551 in / 14 mm) and oversized M30 master bolt threading. Designed to endure heavy clamp loads and extreme torsional strain during aggressive dozing or digging, preventing link cracking or shoe bolt fatigue loose.
