  • Highly Durable Austenitic Al-Fin Insert for First Ring Groove: To counter the severe pounding and wear caused by frequent load fluctuations in construction machinery, an austenitic Ni-resist (Al-Fin) insert is metallurgically bonded into the first ring groove. This genuine bonding process provides the groove with supreme hardness and impact resistance, completely preventing groove widening or premature scoring to ensure long-lasting gas sealing and oil control.
  • Micron-Level Asymmetric Barrel Skirt for Superior Noise Control and Anti-Scuffing: The piston skirt features a micron-level precision asymmetric oval-barrel profile. This design aligns flawlessly with the dynamic motion of the cylinder liner and accurately compensates for thermal expansion deformation, which drastically minimizes engine slap noise during cold starts and high-RPM operations while substantially reducing frictional drag and the risk of cylinder scuffing.
