  • Reinforced Direct-Injection Bowl and Excellent Thermal Cracking Resistance: Cast from premium high-silicon aluminum alloy, this piston features excellent thermal conductivity. The rim of the direct-injection (DI) combustion bowl is precisely reinforced to withstand the alternating thermal stress under 6BD1T turbocharged conditions, effectively preventing thermal erosion or early micro-cracking during long-term high-temperature operations.
  • Austenitic Al-Fin Insert for First Ring Groove Protection: To counter the harsh working conditions of frequent load fluctuations and high-frequency impacts in excavator operations, a Ni-resist (Al-Fin) cast iron insert is metallurgically bonded into the first ring groove. This provides a high-hardness bearing surface, completely preventing the groove from widening or scoring under high temperature and pressure, ensuring perfect long-term compression sealing.
  • Micron-Level Asymmetric Barrel Skirt for Reduced Friction and Anti-Scuffing: The piston skirt incorporates a micron-level precision asymmetric barrel/oval profile. This advanced geometry perfectly compensates for thermal expansion deformation, ensuring smoother travel inside the cylinder liner to minimize cold-start engine slap noise while drastically reducing frictional resistance and the risk of cylinder scuffing.
